I have just had my new carpet supplied and fitted by GOC carpets. I contacted the company following a glowing recommendation by a lovely local. I would like to thank Ces and all the team for an excellent service from start to finish. The service was beyond 5 star. Ces was extremely helpful in helping us decide on which products to choose from and the fitters arrived exactly at the time specified. Communication was always clear and prompt replies to any queries by email or phone was much appreciated. We had other work going on at the house which needed completion before the team at GOC could commence fitting, and nothing was a problem. The job was completed to a professional standard and there wasn’t a sign anyone had been working at the house as the fitters hoovered and tidied any sign of work before they left. The lads didn’t leave until they asked me to inspect their work and they were a pleasure to deal with.
I will definitely be using their service in the future and would highly recommend. It’s not too often these days that things run as smoothly as they did with this company.

We were absolutely thrilled with GOC Carpets.  Professional, sound, ontime, brilliant selection and value.  Each of the lads we met were one nicer than the other.  Karl really looked after us in their showrooms, and from there it was a deal done.  We had gone to other places, and while some were good, nowhere else matched GOC.  They sent Glen to us to measure, he was on time, had good suggestions and really cared.  We needed to reschedule the fitting as our builders ran a tad behind and again no problem to GOC.  Gerry and Marc as the carpet fitters stole the show, they were polite, fast, and thorough and they fitted the carpets in record time, but took care and the finish is exceptional.  We will be back and highly recommend them.

Why isn’t this store nationwide? Unbelievable quality carpets at an affordable price. We viewed 5 other carpet stores for our bedroom before viewing carpets and underlay at GOC carpets in Glasnevin. On arrival all staff were busy but when Shane from GOC finally had the opportunity to serve us he guided us to what would suit our needs instead of a hard sell. Cesc arrived at our house a couple of days later to confirm measurements and then Joe the carpet fitter came the week after to install. Glen in GOC Carpets was extremely helpful from the very start and was always happy to provide valuable advice and present a few different options for what we had in mind. The store is a quite impressive showroom but Glen was always available to make his way towards us to show us samples etc. We had a lot of doors that needed cutting before laying down the floor and carpets and his team did that with also. It’s worth mentioning not every provider does the same without significantly increasing the price so GOC Carpets was also very competitive on that. Very happy with the outcome.

I had new laminate flooring put into my apartment over the weekend. Couldn’t recommend GOC Carpets more. The selection in the showroom is the best I’ve seen. They were professional and helpful from the showroom until when the installers left the apartment. The overall finished product was even better than expected. The quality of the flooring is unreal. If you want flooring this is the place to go.
